All hot tubs and accessories are shipped to UK Mainland free of charge. Shipments to Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland range from 300 to 400 GBP. For shipping to offshore island regions, please contact us.
Home delivery
Transportation is handled by our trusted partners DHL and IRT Logistics who will deliver the order straight to your home, no matter where you live in the UK. Transported by truck equipped with a hydraulic platform to unload your hot tub safely and smoothly.
Some addresses cannot be reached by the delivery trucks, for example when the delivery route involves a boat transport. When such is the case, customers will always be notified before the hot tub leaves our factory.
Small accessories will be sent by mail.
Payment methods
Pay after delivery – easy and secure
If you order a hot tub, you receive the bill once it leaves our factory. It can be payed securely to our Lloyds Bank account.
Card payment
Pay safely by Visa or MasterCard. Your card will be charged when your order leaves our factory. Your details are securely transmitted using encrypted technology.
Bank transfer
Payment information is sent to your email address after order submission. Transfer to our Lloyds Bank account using Faster Payments, CHAPS or Bacs. Once payment is received, the items are shipped.
